Dr Leah Austin
Medical Doctor/GP/Naturopathic Medicine
Dr Leah Austin graduated from Newcastle University upon Tyne in 2007 and completed her GP training in 2014. Since working as a General Practitioner she has gained experience working in the North East, Yorkshire, London, UK and Beijing, China.
Working as General Practitioner within the NHS, she became frustrated with time constraints of 10 minute consultations; the ability to manage patients with longstanding (chronic) health problems and really being able to give patients the individualised assessment and care they deserved. Being of mixed ethnic background with Chinese and English, she became fascinated with eastern medicine and the true impact of nutrition, genetics, herbs, environment and lifestyle. With this and her own health/family concerns, led her to study nutrition and qualify as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist in September 2017 at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
She specialises in longevity, preventative medicine, chronic health problems, digestive health, women's health & hormones, weight problems and genomics/genetics. Using a systems-oriented, 360 degree approach (lifestyle, nutrition, medical, genetic, environmental) to address her clients/patients health concerns to ultimately produce the best plan/programme and protocols.

Dr. Ankit Chawla is a firm believer in the power of taking charge of one's own health, and he brings this passion to his craft by empowering patients to not just live, but thrive. He utilises the fundamental pillars of longevity, combined with principles of functional medicine and precision medicine, to formulate a personalised, holistic longevity strategy. His ultimate goal is to help people maximise their health span and reach their full potential.
Dr. Ankit graduated from the world-renowned Imperial College London and completed his GP training at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals in London. With over 11 years of broad generalist experience across almost every facet of physical and mental health, he has gained a unique vantage point from which to assess and manage health and chronic disease. He has undertaken further training with the Institute for Functional Medicine, allowing him to combine his personal passion for health with his profession, providing truly proactive (or "primordial," as he likes to call it) prevention of chronic disease.
His passion lies in optimising health through a muscle-centric approach to health and nutrition. By harnessing the power of these two pillars of health, along with sleep and emotional well-being, he applies a nuanced approach to cardiometabolic health, gut health, mitochondrial health, and hormonal balance. All of this culminates in a tailor-made strategy to create optimal health for his clients.
Outside of his clinical work, he is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, adrenaline junkie, and has an immense love of learning new things. He also holds a Master’s degree in Bioengineering, reflecting his interest in medical technological innovations and a diverse skill set and analytical mind, both of which he applies to human health.
