Set in the hills above Deià on Mallorca’s northwest coast, this retreat brings together clinical insight, nervous system restoration, and a slower, more intentional pace.

Designed for those who are deeply engaged with their work, their health, and the demands of modern life – and who recognise when the pace itself begins to interfere with resilience.

This retreat invites you to step out of constant input and create the conditions your body needs to regulate, recover and stabilise. Over four days, the experience is both educational and experiential.

You will explore: how stress, recovery, and physiology shape long-term health, how the pace of ageing can be influenced, and how to work with your body in a way that supports resilience over time

Every element of the retreat is designed to support both immediate restoration and long-term change.

Your retreat includes:

  • Expert-led sessions with Dr Tamsin Lewis and guest practitioners
  • Education on longevity, stress physiology and the Bioharmony Method
  • Practical tools for nervous system regulation and recovery
  • Movement, breathwork and restorative practices
  • Small group setting (maximum 12 guests) for depth and attention

The setting

The retreat takes place at Son Rullan, a restored former monastery overlooking the coastline in Deià. A private, contained environment designed for rest and reflection. Meals are prepared on-site, with a focus on nourishment, simplicity and shared experience.

The investment

£2,225 per person

(includes all sessions, activities and meals)

Accommodation is booked & charged separately. Rooms at Son Rullan are available as double, twin or smaller dormitory-style options, priced from £120-£299 per night depending on room type. (Note: this is separate from the retreat fee due to differences in rooms.)
